I am credentialed in the UK with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, as well as motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

My approach is integrative, drawing on various therapeutic modalities to tailor the process to each individual's unique needs. Greg is very easy to talk to, he is also knowledgeable and professional, but the calm and relaxed nature of the sessions and his approach make it so much easier to open up and be open to his advice.
